Therapy Intern (Supervised by Troy Weber, MS, LMFT) • Virtual Therapy Across Washington State
You might be functioning on the outside, but internally feeling anxious, self-critical, or stuck in old patterns. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with what feels true for you.
Important: I am currently a therapy intern at Mindful Way Therapy (a group practice), supervised by Troy Weber, MS, LMFT.
I work with adults, couples, and teens, including clients diagnosed with ADHD and autism. My style is down-to-earth, collaborative, and non-judgmental, with space for both warmth and directness.
With a background in tech, I understand burnout, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and pressure to perform. I’m also mindful of bicultural and first/second-generation dynamics, especially when family expectations and personal values feel in tension.
I support adults, couples, and teens who want to better understand themselves, improve communication, and feel more secure in their relationships and choices.
Support for anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges—along with self-esteem, burnout, perfectionism, shame, communication struggles, identity exploration and other concerns impacting daily life.
Support for couples navigating communication breakdowns, recurring conflict, trust and connection concerns, and major transitions. I may weave in Gottman-informed techniques and exercises as needed.
A supportive, non-judgmental space for teens navigating anxiety, self-esteem, identity development, social or family stress, school pressure, and life changes while building practical coping tools.
A high-level look at the challenges I commonly support:
Support with racing thoughts, overwhelm, and creating steadier coping patterns.
Building self-compassion and reducing the impact of harsh self-judgment.
A safe, paced space to process difficult experiences and support healing with care.
Understanding relational patterns and moving toward safer, more secure connection.
Learning clearer, more honest communication in relationships and daily life.
Support through career, relationship, identity, and other major life changes.
Strengthening boundaries, voice, and self-trust in relationships.
Shifting from pressure and self-criticism to flexibility and sustainable growth.
Recovering energy, clarifying priorities, and finding healthier rhythms.
Support for fear of judgment, overthinking social interactions, and building confidence in connection.
Strengthening self-trust, voice, and confidence in your choices and relationships.
Navigating culture, family expectations, and belonging with care and nuance.
A respectful, affirming space to explore sexuality and related concerns.
Neuro-affirming support for ADHD/autism-related challenges and strengths.
Understanding cyclical mood shifts and building supportive regulation strategies.
Therapy with me is collaborative, non-judgmental, and grounded in curiosity. You are the expert on your life. My role is to help you notice patterns, understand your inner world, and respond more intentionally.
I draw from different modalities and tailor care to what feels most meaningful and effective for you. We regularly check in so therapy stays aligned with your goals and supports greater clarity, compassion, and confidence over time.
We begin with where you are today and what feels most important right now.
We set goals together, check in regularly, and adjust as your needs evolve.
You’ll get thoughtful reflection and usable tools to apply between sessions.
